Solid timber floors are easy to maintain, with a simple sweeping and moping. Over time, applying a light sand and re-polish will bring your floor back to its original finish. After the floor is laid it is then sanded and coated with your choice of an environmentally friendly coating of hardwax oil or water based polyurethane.
